Happy New Year 2023!

At this turning point, I look back with joy on a rich 2022 with inspiring projects. Among them:

>> the curatorship of the exhibition about and with Rainer Oldendorf "marco 15" and HIVE/Section Film: Gustave F.echt at the Kunstverein Weil am Rhein,

>> the panel with Katharina Neuburger and Timm Ulrichs at the symposium Judge a Book by its Cover at the Burg Hülshoff-Center for Literature in Münster,

>> the lecture in the context of the exhibition Papier, organised by the École nationale supérieure des beaux-arts de Lyon in collaboration with the Centre des livres d'artistes (cdla),

>> the text on the resonances between France and the Rhineland in the 1950s to 1970s for the exhibition catalogue for On Air. The Sound of Material in Art from the 1950s to the 1970s at the Kunstmuseen Krefeld,

>> the contribution for the catalogue raisonné of the Chilean artist Martín La Roche on his Musée légitime,

>> the text on the universal artist Iannis Xenakis for the VAN magazine on the occasion of the energetic Xenakis retrospective at the Paris Philharmonie to celebrate his (probably) one hundredth birthday,

>> the interview with me for Point Contemporain about my somewhat atypical biography,

>> the initially reserved but then enthusiastic discussions with my friends and colleagues Lilijana from Ljubljana, Lara from Trieste/Vienna and Henry from London at the documenta fifteen in Kassel, which invited us to poach on territories outside the routines, myths and canons of the mainstream art establishment,

>> not to forget my trip to the city of Cairo and its surroundings at the end of the year.
